Romelu Lukaku scored his first Manchester United goal as they won their second pre-season game in the United States of America in the early hours of Tuesday with a comeback 2-1 victory against Real Salt Lake at the Rio Tinto Stadium, Utah.
United had defeated LA Galaxy 5-2 in their first pre-season game early Sunday morning.
Henrik Mkhitaryan and new £75m signing Lukaku were on target for Jose Mourinho’s team after Real Salt Lake’s opener by Luis Silva, all three goals scored in the first half.

Silva made Real Salt Lake’s pressure pay off in the 23rd minute when he went past defenders Victor Lindelof and Phil Jones to roll the ball beyond youngster Joel Perreira in the United goal.
United equalised through Mkhitaryan in the 29th minute.
The Armenian forward drilled home a left-footed low shot from 20 yards out after combination play from Jesse Lingard and Lukaku.
The Red Devils got their second in the 38th minute. A pass from Mkhitaryan freed up Lukaku. The Belgian showed good awareness to avoid a challenge, rounded the keeper, and swept home to put United ahead.
Juan Mata and Darmian both limped off with injuries and United were reduced to 10 men afterwards in the second half of the match when Antonio Valencia who was captaining United at that moment got a red card for a cynical foul on Sebastian Saucedo.
